“Visited Hillside Dental today after getting appointment in less than 24 hours. Dr. Alicia F treated my tooth surgery. Very nice and comfortable treatment. She did the surgery with soft hands without much pain. It could not be softer than that. Awesome Job done by her. Rest of staff, who I interacted with also nice and pleasant. “I will not recommend this dental clinic, I am very disappointed with my experience. My wife took time off work just to have her teeth cleaned, but instead of simply doing the cleaning, they tried to push unnecessary procedures and discussed treatments that were not even needed for a routine cleaning. On top of that, they did not clearly explain beforehand that some of these procedures would not be covered by insurance. It also felt like they made us feel as though the misunderstanding was somehow our fault. In the end, her teeth were not even cleaned, and we were told that we would need to come back and book another appointment. To make matters worse, they do not provide timely appointment reminders and only call when it is already too late. Overall, the experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and very disappointing.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Apr 02, 2026: Today I received very good dental cleaning services from hygienist @Xingtong. I really appreciate her dedication and professionalism. Front Desk staff was also efficient and cheerful. Thanks All for good service. Dec 05, 2025: I got the dental cleaning services yesterday. Excellent service was provided by hygienist @Xingtong. “I had a great experience at the clinic！！！Dr. Kathy Wong was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable. Liz was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming as well, which made the whole experience even better. “Ive been supporting this business for over 20 years but now just feel like a number. Dentists and hygenists have always been great but the customer service from management was poor and condensending.”

“At first this office was great, but some of the staff left and were replaced by greedy inexperienced younger dentists, constantly tried to talk me into dental work that I didn't need and was very expensive, the last straw was when the last dentist was paying more attention to his assistant than the operation and failed to file down a filling which resulted in an infection. “They changed my son's appointment from 3pm to 10am in the last minute and when he didn't show up at 10am they charge me $100. That's pretty scammy.”

“Switched to this clinic after feeling unsure about my previous dentist, and I am very glad I did. Everyone I have interacted with here is friendly, sensible, and reasonable. They explain things clearly, focus on what is actually needed, and never push unnecessary treatments. It was a relief after my previous clinic pushed procedures that did not feel essential.
