Cancelation Policy Please be mindful of any cancellations, as we value both your time and that of our practitioners. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.

To respect time reserved just for you, a missed appointment or late cancellation will be charged the full treatment fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, please call us at 780-569-3777 or email admin@holisticfertilitygroup.com, as our booking system does not support online cancellations within this period. For cancellations or rescheduling outside of this timeframe, you may do so through your Holistic Fertility Group client Jane profile.
