“Today, I completed my 6th session of a six session group class for knee and hip muscle strengthening for post surgery patients.
The class was run by Chris, who did an exceptional job working with me to build up my muscle strength and knee bend/rotation. The program consisted of analysis of your current status, development of a group of exercises to allow you to regain your strength and flexibility of the joint, detailed explanation on how to do the exercises correctly and constant monitoring, coaching and encouragement during the sessions

In 2021, after a diagnosis of osteoporosis, Emily was highly recommended by my retired physiotherapist.
