“Great experience all around. Both Dr. Anup and Dr. Nikita are nice, very knowledgeable and were always actively involved in my recovery process. The whole staff is super friendly and make it a welcoming environment. I broke my leg and required surgery, with a month of physiotherapy here I was back to a regular routine and virtually pain free. “I highly recommend Impact Health Physiotherapy. I have suffered for the last couple of years with vertigo issues. I stopped into Impact Health inquiring if they could help me. Dr. Anup was more than helpful, he explained to me the process of vertigo and proceeded to show me exercises to start the healing process. “Impact Health in Strathmore has been truly amazing! From my first call , they had the answers to help my child with his injury. At our first appointment we were able to make a game plan for my child and their recovery! We made a goal and were getting there quicker than we ever thought! We have been doing our physiotherapy with Anup and he’s been truly amazing , he’s so patient , kind and knowledgeable in what he does. He explains all the exercises to my child (9yes old) easily so they are able to do them at home. He will answer any questions that we have and is so encouraging. He also recommended massage therapy as well and we’re currently going to that as well and it’s so convenient as they have massage therapy as well. Overall Impact Health has been amazing on our road to recovery. They have made this super easy and flexible with our schedule. They are giving the perfect support that we need to heal up. “I broke my foot in January and I reached out to Impact to see if they could assist with my doctor's recommendation of physiotherapy post air cast. Amy recommended I see Anup for my physiotherapy treatment. Anup was amazing! He was very thorough with his treatment plan, ensured that I understood the exercises needed for my recovery, and always approached my treatment with professionalism and care. “2 stars because receptionist is super nice, friendly, and helpful. Otherwise it would be 1 star. I started seeing Anup for a hand injury in December. He doesn't ask for consent. I had to ask him to explain what the machines do and how they work, all while he was hooking me up. This is a BIG issue for me, as I have had bad experiences with health care professionals doing treatments without my informed and affirmative consent before. A lack of protest does NOT equal consent! In all the appointments I went to him over 2 months, he never once examined my hand again after that first appointment. When I told him my symptoms had changed and worsened, he said he'd take a look again. But he didn't. And he didn't look at it the following appointment either. This was the absolute last straw for me. He wasted all my benefits on these machines that may or may not actually do anything, and my hand is in worse condition than when I started.”Lire la suiteRéduire
