These intuitively led Reiki + Access Bars sessions begin at the cranial points, where I gently hold specific areas of the head to help quiet the mind, release built-up mental and emotional charge, and invite the nervous system into a softened, receptive state. This is where many people feel that initial “exhale” — thoughts slow, the body relaxes, and space begins to open. From there, I intuitively transition into Reiki, allowing the energy to guide the session as it moves down through the chakra system — from the crown, into the heart, the solar plexus, and all the way to the root. Each area is supported in its own way, helping to clear stagnation, restore flow, and bring the body back into balance. Working from head to toe in this way creates a deeply restorative, whole-body experience — supporting both the mental and energetic layers at once.
