“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this clinic. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a friendly and caring team that genuinely wants to help. Both Dr. Satra and Emily are fantastic. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly review my history, and really understand what was causing my discomfort. I never felt rushed, and they made me feel comfortable and supported throughout every visit. They explain each treatment step by step, including why it’s being done and how it will help, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. I’ve received chiropractic treatment, cupping, and acupuncture here, and the level of attention and professionalism has been outstanding. What really stands out is how much they care about their patients—they regularly follow up and make sure the treatment plan is working and that you’re progressing well. A special mention to the receptionist as well, who is always warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. She keeps everything running smoothly with appointment reminders and is always accommodating when rescheduling is needed. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. “An excellent business….the owner and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist, Maria is so helpful and efficient. My massage therapist Vivian and my acupuncturist Emily are both very skilled and professional. Vivian works on my neck, shoulders and back and keeps the pain in check. When I first started going to Emily, I was using a cane due to knee pain. The acupuncture sessions have dealt with the pain issue and I am now able to walk freely. “I am a regular client at innovate Fleetwood, I have been to other places for massage therapy but this one is the best with regards to ease of parking, super professional and friendly front desk staff, really great calm, relaxing and modern environment and most of all the service from my regular rmt. I go to Lawrence, and if I have pain he always discusses with me what is needed briefly and then gives a very deep yet relaxing massage. He is very professional and kind, and is able to put you into that relaxed mood and I have fallen asleep a number of times. He has a lot of experience and is so easy to get along with.
