By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

To ensure fair access to appointments, to our Therapists, and to the Clinic, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.

Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee.

Important to note: Insurance benefits cannot be used to cover cancellation fees; you will be required to pay out-of-pocket.

Yes, we offer direct billing for most insurance companies for your convenience.
