“Had eye exam with Dr Adam Reid everything went well. Dr Reid explained what he was doing , Optical Prescription was close to last exam. “Dr. Reid was very personable and thorough; I'm particularly concerned about glaucoma, and he showed me all of the photos of my eyes and reassured me that I am well within normal guidelines. I've been seeing him for a number of years now and appreciate both him and his office staff for their friendliness and level of care they all provide. I have particularly dealt with Abbie and Cassidy and when I leave, I am reassured that I am in very good hands. PS Dr. Reid does not "upsell" and this time told me that although I had a minor change in one eye it was not necessary to buy new glasses as the improvement would be minimal. Thanks to all of the staff at Iris Parksville; my husband and I tell all our friends that this is the best place to go in Parksville!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The lense in my (expensive) sunglasses fell out so I thought I'd pick up a cheap pair as we were travelling to Tofino the next day. Instead, I popped into the Iris shop where the optometrist kindly fixed the lense, changed the nose pads and gifted me a cloth. All in five minutes and no charge. Very kind.
