“Big thanks to Olivia, Rebecca and Dolly for helping my dad deal with his nose bridge pads repair without charge, staffs here are so friendly and give valuable advices to clients. I can feel that staffs here care about contributing to the community with their knowledge rather than ripping off clients to maximize profit. It’s rare to find business like this nowadays. “This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses and I was impressed with the staff at Iris, especially Aurora Davies. She was professional and friendly and so very patient as I struggled with making a final decision on a frame style. She showed me many options, and even searched through their on-line catalogues to find a frame style in a colour unavailable in their store's current inventory. “Interesting experience. The interaction with the receptionist i spoke to, was not pleasant. Her information was incorrect (I phoned 2 other Iris's on Vancouver Island to confirm) I ended up making an appointment on the island, not with iris. I refuse to be talked down to like she did. “Not a very pleasant experience- incredibly rude and demeaning. Was hoping to get one nights worth of lenses as I foolishly forgot to pack mine on a quick trip to PR. Asked for one pair to get me through the day and never have I been made to feel so stupid! Asked to purchase lens solution and she slammed two in front of my face to further intensify her smart-Alec ways. I had my dog tied up outside haphazardly so couldn’t linger long- it was just very clear she did not want to be of any help, and more than that, was incredibly rude about it.”Lire la suiteRéduire
