Staff seem great. Front door really hard to find, walked into the dental lab at first. Do no dondirect billing. So, you need to pay the hundred or thousands of dollars up front & then submit. Your claim. They said they could submit on our behalf, but that didn't work when we were in. Even if it had, we're still out of pocket the up front costs until we're reimbursed. What makes my sitiation more complicated that isn't any fault if this place, I paid the upfront costs, but the insurance is under my ex. So, I need to rely on him submitting them claim & them reimbursing me.Lire la suiteRéduire

Thanks very much for making the process go so smoothly for me, I was absolutely terrified because I’d never even had an iv before but the nurses and everyone were so kind. The only difficult part for me is getting the iv but they were so quick about it. And I remember nothing of the actual surgery which is great! I didn’t get to say thanks to the doctor, so thank you!Lire la suiteRéduire

10 🌟 star service this morning!! 👏 The staff called day prior to go over all the ins & out of the procedure & what to expect. I arrived almost an hour early for my appt & they took me in 10mins early. They were so patient, professional & attentive answering all of my silly questions. I had my last molar break 1.5 years ago & was in a year ago for the consult & given many options for treatment plan. By the time I was able to get health insurance & book the appt 1 yr later the fee remained the same. I didn’t even know I had been sedated & tooth removed when I came to afterwards. No pain, discomfort, swelling or bruising. They ensured my ride picking me up knew exactly what to do for me too. When they took me in, I was leaving 1 hr & 20 mins later. Well done everybody & thank you so very much. 😊🙏Lire la suiteRéduire

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with this surgeon and clinic. I was referred here by my physician for TMJ degeneration confirmed on CT imaging. Despite having a valid medical referral, the clinic initially refused to see me and insisted I first attend a private “TMJ specialist” dentist consultation costing approximately $400 out of pocket. Only after my doctor intervened was I finally given a surgical consult. My CT report describes advanced degeneration, including flattening and subchondral cystic ulceration of the mandibular head. Despite this, my concerns were repeatedly minimized. The surgeon initially framed my condition as primarily muscular and only briefly reviewed my scans after I specifically asked him to look at them. His comment was simply that my joints were “not looking the best for your age,” without any meaningful discussion of the findings or how they related to my symptoms. I have limited jaw opening and chronic pain. During a previous visit to this office, I was unable to complete imaging due to my limited jaw opening and was in tears from the pain caused by attempting to open my mouth. Despite this, I was told surgery would not be considered unless my jaw would not open at all, and that because I have minimal side-to-side movement (despite pain), my condition was essentially acceptable. During this appointment, the surgeon stated that “there is no magical surgery that will fix it,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate given that I was seeking an evidence-based discussion of treatment options for advanced joint degeneration. Overall, the consultation felt as though a decision had already been made before a full review of my imaging, symptoms, and functional limitations. The discussion appeared focused on ruling out surgical consideration rather than meaningfully evaluating whether I met the clinic’s own published criteria, which list severe degeneration as an indication for surgical consideration. There was no clear plan offered beyond prescribing muscle relaxants, despite my chronic pain, functional impairment, and documented joint damage. I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere. I left feeling unheard, invalidated, and discouraged. I would not recommend this provider to patients seeking a thorough, patient-centred, and transparent assessment of TMJ degeneration.Lire la suiteRéduire

What an excellent experience. The front staff was friendly and proficient, the nurses were great - particularly Debbie, and Dr. Nicholas P was incredible. Their after care protocol was on point, I had very little pain, only mild discomfort. Given the work they had to, it was honestly shocking. Kudos to the entire team.Lire la suiteRéduire

Just got my wisdom teeth out. The staff were very friendly, they did a great job (I was put under and didn’t feel a thing), and even called me the following day to see if I was okay. Very much recommend, even if it is expensive as all surgeries are.

Had a tooth yanked and it was surprisingly a lovely experience, the staff made me feel warm and welcome. Lovely ladies there, they send you off with detailed instructions and a little care package. They did a great job at making a less than great day as pain free as possible!Lire la suiteRéduire

Kind, professional and helpful assistance from the whole team from the front desk to treatment. Dr. Sansalone is excellent. Would recommend this office and its staff when considering treatment options.

The extraction itself went extremely well.5/5 However, the staff at the front desk is abrupt and condescending, and was insistent on making me wait four weeks to have my tooth extracted even though the doctor said it needed to be extracted a s a p. Had I not called back to challenge about the lack of antibiotics needed to get me through, so they then HAD TO speak to the Dr., I don't know what would have happened. After speaking with the oral surgeon the doctor had me in within three days. Also the woman who took my money, when asked about the new canadian dental plan was extremely rude and said it was too much trouble to go through too many hoops to go through. When I asked too much trouble for who? She said, well, for us and for you. I've spoken to other dentists, and they've said It is just like any other insurance and that they get payed within a few days. So... basically the oral surgeon himself is very professional. The attending nurses were very professional, but the front desk is absolutely incompetent and amateurish. We'll never go back because of them.Lire la suiteRéduire

I needed a broken tooth removed and my dentist referred me to Dr Crowley as the root of the tooth was right by my sinus and it would require specialized care. Dr Crowley was really great through the consultation and explained that a hole in the sinus would also need to be closed up at the time of extraction. He spoke in terms that answered all my questions and his years of knowledge in this field shines through. Well today was the day. Tooth removed, sinus repaired and a graft was done. I’m now laying in bed and totally amazed at how little pain I feel. I suspect it is Dr Crowley’s exact precision when doing oral surgery that is a big part of that. The entire staff was really friendly and helpful. Right from reception to the nurses in the OR. This is a very well run clinic staffed with a top of the line crew.Lire la suiteRéduire
