Body paint sessions can allow you to "tap out of reality" and into imagination, self-expression and complete relaxation. This service is offered for anyone wishing to dive into self-discovery through active creativity. Used therapeutically or creatively, body paint sessions can offer opportunities and benefits such as: *Relaxation & Meditation – disconnecting from outside factors and connecting to self. *Can also incorporate breath work into these techniques. *Allows opportunity for person being painted to get back in touch with their body. *Energies are moved and made visible through brush strokes, color and flow. *A safe space is created to allow for self-expression, body positivity, body awareness, positive vulnerability and connection to one’s self. *Physical touch through paint and brush activates sensory stimulation, creating a neurosensory response.
