24-Hour Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy We kindly require a credit card to be on file. Our clinic operates by appointment only. Each appointment has fixed operating costs, including the therapist’s reserved time.

- 24-4 hours of Cancellation or Rescheduling fee: 50% of the service fee

- Within 4 hours or not showing up: 100% of the service fee

• Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file

Booking for Others : Please ensure you are creating a file under a “family member”. Or just let us know by text, email or phone.

Direct Billing Not Guaranteed : Direct billing may not always be available due to insurer system issues, plan eligibility, or a new practitioner’s registration (some insurers, such as Blue Cross, may take up to 50 business days). If this happens, simply pay after your appointment and submit your receipt—most insurers reimburse self-submitted claims within 2–5 business days.
