Cancellation/No Show Policy : Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the service booked - 50% for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.

“I’m so glad I found Jessica. I’ve seen other acupuncturists in the past, but many seemed to focus only on treating the symptoms rather than addressing the root cause. Jessica takes a whole-body approach and looks at your health in its entirety. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains every step of the process. She's even identified underlying issues causing symptoms I hadn’t even mentioned to her. On top of that, she is kind, personable, and truly makes you feel cared for. “Jessica is a blend of professional & down to earth. Easy to talk to & enjoyable to converse with. I found her assessment her thorough. She explained everything including explaining each needle as she placed it & the purpose of that which I think is great for not only seeing her knowledge but putting her clients at ease.
