Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- First occurrence: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”), will be subject to a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
- Subsequent occurrences: Any further late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.
