“I had another great experience at Kelowna Dental Centre. Alex was my dental hygienist during my first visit, and she was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. My recent filling appointment was just as excellent. The entire team was caring, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. “After avoiding dentists for nearly 25 years due to a longstanding fear of dental work, I found myself in significant pain one day, likely from an infected tooth. I called Kelowna Dental Centre on a Saturday, and despite it being the weekend, they made time to see me on very short notice. From my first visit, the entire team was exceptionally kind, compassionate, and completely non-judgmental. Not once did I feel criticized for having avoided dental care for so long. Instead, they focused on helping me manage the pain, prescribed medication to provide relief, and quickly scheduled a tooth extraction for the following week. The extraction itself turned out to be quite challenging because the tooth was fused and difficult to remove. Dr. Orth worked incredibly hard and demonstrated both skill and determination throughout the procedure. Despite the complexity, I felt well cared for the entire time. Since then, I've returned for a follow-up appointment, new patient intake, and a cleaning. Every visit has been stress-free, comfortable, and far less intimidating than I ever expected. I can honestly say that Kelowna Dental Centre has completely changed my perception of dentists. What started as an emergency visit became one of the most positive healthcare experiences I've had. I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism, compassion, and quality of care provided by Dr. Orth and the entire team. For the first time in decades, I no longer feel the need to avoid going to the dentist. “I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sigel, Tessa, and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Tess is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and she has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your appointment. Dr. Sigel is exceptional! Thorough, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in providing outstanding care. The teamwork between Dr. Sigel and Tess is seamless, and their positive, friendly approach makes every visit a pleasant experience. “Hands down the Best Dentist in Kelowna.!!! My 4 y/o kiddo and I come here for all our dental visits. It was my son’s first dental cleaning and I can’t tell how everyone from frontdesk to all the clinical staff were all friendly. They are very good at what they do. Daniel, Shannon and Gail were exceptional! Sarat our hygienist was so kind, gentle, made sure my son was comfortable, put on his fav show. And his first cleaning appt was such a breeze! Dr. Abel did a dental exam for my son. She is very kind, a natural with kids. She is very thorough! She is the best!!!If you are looking for a dental office for you and your kiddos, I will highly recommend Kelowna Dental Centre! “I don’t usually say this about dental visits, but seeing Alex is genuinely something I look forward to. She’s professional, skilled, and incredibly personable. From the moment you sit down, she makes the whole experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable, which is not something I thought I’d ever say about a dental appointment. Alex has a way of putting you at ease while still being clearly excellent at what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. “I've been coming to KDC for several years and have had nothing but good experiences - always treated well by the staff (who are all super friendly) and feel that each appointment has been valuable. I had to get an implant done a few years ago which was somewhat daunting, but I was given lots of information beforehand, the procedure went well and I've been happy with it since. The building had been under renovation for quite a while but is fully reopened now and it's a beautiful space! All in all very happy with the treatment and the team at KDC.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Dr Orth and Linda the Dental Assistant made short work of a heavily infected rear tooth that had an exposed nerve. You can see it splintered during extraction and took an extremely patient dentist to remove it piece by piece as it broke apart. Didn't push me for sedation but they do have a courtesy chauffeur and vehicle if you need a ride home. They also offer in house financing and pay sprye for larger procedures. Terrific bed side manner, completely frozen and zero pain. What i felt could have been hours just wasn't with these 2 industry leading specialists who have a seamless team familiarity with each other's duties. 12 out of 10 for Kelowna Dentists that finance, have in house financing, can get you in last minute and offer free transportation.
