“Was recommended by my dentist to do a free consult. When I arrived the asthetics of the clinic was very well designed and comfortable the receptionist were welcoming and provided clear and concise instructions as a first time patient. Was met by Brandy shortly after and she was so personable and easy to connect with, felt like I have been a client of theirs for a long time. Dr. Diaz was thorough and very welcoming as well. “Quick and Friendly - Wait time after the inititial appointment time was less than ten minutes which is great in my books. Clinic is clean and staff are very friendly and informative. If I could offer one suggestion for an area to improve on, it would be better communication between the dental office and the ortho office - in terms of xrays/reports not being sent over to each other.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Honestly really impressed ! We did hit a bit of a hiccup with one of the appliances not working for my son at all due to sensory issues and his refusal, and I was pretty stressed about it, but they actually listened and didn’t try to push something that clearly wasn’t going to work for him. They were super understanding and fair about the situation and worked with us to find a solution that made sense. That goes a LONG way as a parent!!It’s easy for places to be great when everything goes smoothly, but what matters is how they handle things when it doesn’t and they handled it really well.
