“We own a place in Calgary and Kimberley, while in Kimberley I lost a screw out of my progressive sunglasses. We stopped in to see if a screw could be replaced, where I was told there is a $10 charge to look at my glasses because they were not purchased from this store. I have worked at a small town optometrists office for over 10 years and we NEVER EVER charge to do minor repairs on ANYONE'S glasses. So needless to say I would not recommend stopping in here if you need any help, but the optometrist office in Cranbrook was happy to repair my sunglasses.....free of charge. Shame on you for charging people for minor repairs, as I know how much those screws cost your office..customer service should be more important”Lire la suiteRéduire
