Weathering The Storm - Group Therapy

Weathering The Storm Group Therapy for individuals who are struggling with perinatal mental health. 8 weekly sessions, each 90 minutes in length, occurring virtually. INDIVIDUALS MUST REGISTER FOR ALL 8 OF THE WEEKLY SESSIONS TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND. Each week will cover different content related to processing through this difficult time period, coping strategies and developing necessary support. Small group size guaranteed.
