“Had an early morning massage appointment at 9:00am. My therapist did not show up until 9:15am. The front desk attendant reassured me several times that I will not lose my massage time, and I will get the full hour treatment. My massage started at 9:25 and the therapist finished her work at 10:00am!!! When complained about cutting short the session, I was told they have back-to-back appointments and cannot extend it longer! And the ridiculous end to this unpleasant and unprofessional service was charging me for the full hour by the same attendant who was assuring me less than an hour ago that I will not lose any time from my session!!!”Lire la suiteRéduire
