Jessica is keeping me running. I see her once a week for maintenance as I have become an older adult. She has many strategies to deal with my stubborn hip and ankle that can cause other problems too - like a knee issue. I am so blessed to have found her and to be able to keep up the weekly routine that has become my regular Monday appointment of chiropractic care. Jessica was fantastic! Professional and informative, my shoulder was heading for surgery, but not needed after physiotherapy with Jessica. I could not play hockey or hold my guitar or any simple task, now back to playing both pain free! I feel great. Thank you so much Jessica, recommend her to anyone.she assessed and showed and educated me on what was wrong, gave exercises to do on my own as well to strengthen and heal. Jessica is very personable, knowledgeable and thorough! The half hour appointment is worth every penny! If she has acupuncture on my foot, she is working on another area of concern at the same time. Dr. Coady is a wonderful person with a great amount of knowledge in her field. She really focuses on the root of the problem to insure a successful rehabilitation that will last.
