“Kinetic has never failed me once. I’ve had to go here on occasion for prescription refills, I needed physiotherapy through WCB almost two years ago, and this clinic was amazing, then recently I had to get forms filled for a job and they helped me out within 24 hours. “Yesterday I had my first appointment with a Chiropractor from Kinetic energy named Roy. He was very informative and I learned a lot about my body that I didn't know! I also wanted to give a 5 star to my massage therapist Bryson. He is very good at his job and I always feel very relaxed after our visit. “If you are ok with a cold approach personally ,with cracking and machines, then this is for you. Chiropractor, was very aloof/cold. Watched as I struggled to take sweater off ...it felt like a long time....I was really struggling and he just watched me (wow). After using his "machine" etc....he walked away while I had to assume he was done and again struggled to get up off the table myself, absolutely no care to help me up. (unreal) Almost the worst experience yet for me and would have been if I had of allowed him to use 2 techniques I know from experience to be very very bad.... The whole vibe of the place was very off putting. Very ingenuine. I almost just left while I was waiting, but felt obligated to follow through.Also to note, as I was waiting, there was a Dr. just creeping about standing in his doorway head tilted peering over his mask...and pacing around...super creepy.Now I really wish I hadn't wasted a valuable appointment and funds.I was in too much pain and ignored my gut feeling sadly.I was "Desperate" and am no better than when I arrived there. Total waste for me. That is the honest truth and no I don't feel comfortable calling to discuss, he showed no interest in caring at all.A waste of valuable energy.I hope this may help another gentle kind soul in need, not to have to experience such a thing. ALSO TO NOTE: It was a BIG DEAL to understand and sign DISCLAIMER for services. Very awkward how he went about it. Another red flag.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Had a massage with Carly this afternoon. Very knowledgeable and felt like I was walking on air after I left. Definitely returning. Clean and organized operation. “Initial phone call and making an appointment was relatively painless and made me hopeful for a smooth appointment. The day off the appointment I arrived 5 minutes early, verified location and waited in my car till the appointment. I expected a call as all doctors are doing during covid. Waited a few more minutes and started calling to verify my appointment time. I kept calling standing in front of the door and had the pleasure of watching them ignore me, an absolute delight. Eventually another person was let in and I was able to ask him if someone could talk to me. A couple minutes later I was told it was my own fault, gee thank you! Question, what is the point in having a phone when two people sitting there can’t answer it. Is this special skill set no longer taught?”Lire la suiteRéduire
