I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can use JaneApp the booking site to cancel your appointment, seminar or event or please email kirstengracewellness@gmail.com . Please note cancellations are not accepted via Text messages or Voicemails.

Missed appointments (no-shows) or appointments cancelled LESS than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the First (1st) missed or late-cancelled appointment. For subsequent missed appointments (no-shows) or late cancellations the FULL 100% of the fee will be charged. The cancellation policy for Seminars & Events is as follows: NO SHOW or Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours) will be subject to the FULL 100% fee of the appointment and/or class.
