“I had a great experience with Melissa during my postpartum pelvic floor assessment. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. After assessing me, she safely guided me on returning to exercise and core strengthening, which gave me a lot of confidence in my recovery. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend Melissa to any postpartum moms looking for pelvic floor therapy.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“It's hard to describe the magic of David's technique focused on neurological patterns. Whether pain is from yesterday or decades ago, he can swiftly identify where and how a body is protecting itself to rewire and enable healthy movement. The process is gentle and David is very respectful, ensuring patients maintain self-authority. I'm so amazed and grateful for the results and absolutely recommended trying for yourself.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Had a wonderful initial online pelvic health appointment with Melissa. I really appreciated her taking the time to listen and speak with empathy and compassion in addition to all of the helpful education she provided. Her analogies resonated and helped me better understand what is likely happening. Highly recommend for everyone to learn more about their pelvic health as it’s so important yet not talked about (at least in my own experience). Also, she has a podcast which I’m excited to listen to for further information. Thank you!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Melissa was amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. I loved that her approach is whole body, and she explains the connection between the nervous system and the pelvic floor in a way that actually makes sense. She also uses models and visual learning which helps you understand how your body actually works. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for pelvic floor therapy.”Lire la suiteRéduire
