A credit card on file is required to book an appointment — whether booking online, phone or in person. This helps us hold your appointment slot and keep scheduling smooth for everyone.
⏰ Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! To help us keep appointment times available for everyone, we ask that you cancel or reschedule before 4:00 PM the previous business day.
If a cancellation is made after this time, or if you miss your appointment, you’ll be charged the full fee for the session.
We always recommend checking your insurance coverage before your appointment. If your benefits don’t cover the full cost, you’re responsible for the remaining balance. If you decide not to stay for your session once you’ve arrived, it will be treated as a no-show and charged in full to your credit card on file.
Our physiotherapy follow-up and massage therapy sessions have increased by $5 as of August 1,26. Please also note that our senior physiotherapists, Adam and Alison, have a separate rate — be sure to check current pricing when booking your next visit.
