DIRECT BILLING: The LabX can direct bill to most major benefit companies for Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services. We may be unable to bill directly for Athletic Therapy appointments and clients with this coverage may have to self submit.

WORKSAFE CLAIMS: The LabX only deals with PHYSIOTHERAPY related WorkSafe claims . We recommend you speak to your adjuster regarding this prior to booking.

ICBC: The LabX can only bill for PHYSIOTHERAPY and ACUPUNTURE services.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time has been reserved just for you and although things can come up that may inhibit you from attending, missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
