Gender Diverse Pelvic Health Assessment

This gender-diverse pelvic health assessment is to evaluate and create an individual treatment plan for urinary or bowel issues, pelvic pain, sexual discomfort, post-surgical or gender-affirming care needs, or anything related to the function of your pelvis. Care is inclusive and trauma-informed, and an internal exam may be offered as part of the assessment when appropriate and always with your consent.
