A fun and cool process where a swavorski jewel attaches to the visible surface of a front tooth. They are a type of cosmetic treatment and allow the patient the ability to create a unique smile. Tooth gems are considered temporary and not intended to wear on a permanent basis. These products have a lifespan of about 6 months, but can sometimes last longer. The process begins with drying the tooth with a cotton pad and adding froth. The froth will sit on the tooth for 20-30 seconds and then be wiped off with a cotton pad. Then adding a small dab of glue on the tooth and placing the gem in place and press it into the glue. To set the glue, a UV LED light will sit on the tooth for 1 minute.
