“I had my free consultation at LASIK MD Montreal and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I also had to call to make changes to my appointment, and the team was very helpful and accommodating. The representative I spoke with provided all the information I needed and made the process very easy. So far, I’m very satisfied with the service and customer care I’ve received. “Got my LASIK done yesterday and from beginning to end, it was a seamless experience. The staff, especially Nicko, were all so kind and hospitable. Dr. Dagher and the rest of the OR staff were also great, very informative and reassuring throughout the procedure. “LASIK MD has been absolutely awesome from the first step to the last! They really do think of everything. It is such a well run organization, placing the client first. Every single person I came across had been very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The actual laser procedure was 60 sec, or at least it felt that way. I left the surgery room and could already see the exit sign not blurry! Crazy fast results and recovery with little to no discomfort. Felt like wizardry, honestly. “Such an amazing Team at the downtown location. Everyone was so welcoming and patient on the day of my surgery. The surgeons and the techs took the time to answer all my questions pre-operative which was very reassuring and helped me to remain calm throughout the whole procedure with probably took about 10-15 minutes. Once the procedure was done everything appeared clear with the sunglasses with slight blurry vision which was normal by day 3 I had zero blurry vision and no pain I have 20/20 vision and have zero regrets. “I am 1 week post surgery and it has been amazing. The team itself is so lovely, they help with your anxiety and make sure you’re comfortable. “I am very happy and confident to have chosen lasik md for my upcoming surgery. The pre-op tests went very smoothly, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional, the surgeon Dr Darren Albert even called me personally to comfort me about the procedure, which is very professional. All the opticians, ophthalmologists, whoever did the various eye tests on me were all extremely caring and made me feel very comfortable. A special mention for Lara, who went the extra mile to answer all my questions, and really re assured me about the upcoming surgery, showed and explained to me all my options, helped me make my choice without any pressure, set-up all the appointments and addresses for the surgery. Thank you Lara. Update 4 weeks post-surgery Two days after surgery, i drove to south shore, it was snowing, i was amazed at my new vision, all colors are popping out, i see the grains of sand in the snow and the the trees covered with fresh snow. What a feeling, really. TV watching is a complete new experience, seriously. I see details i never noticed before. I had a follow up at Lasik MD with Nejla the eye optician/ technician to do some test, she told me my vision is now 20/20, which was welcome news of course. Now i won't lose my golf balls :). Thank you Nejla for your professionalism. Today Karine called me for another follow-up, she was very clear and knowledgeable about my present state of vision, she explained to me the possible outcomes and was very professional too. Last but not least, my surgeon Dr. Darren Albert was the best, i am very happy to have chosen him to perform the surgery, all went smooth, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Dr. Albert. “Went in for my consultation on Wednesday and ended up booking surgery for the very next morning, that’s how confident the team made me feel. The eye exams were smooth and efficient, and I had plenty of time to ask all my questions with the optometrists both before and after surgery. Even the staff who walked me through the procedure options and payment were incredibly kind and informative. Every person I spoke with made me feel more comfortable trusting them with something this important. My surgery was performed by Dr. Mounir Bashour, who I met before the procedure. He was wonderful, and personally checked my eyes right after surgery, which meant a lot. The procedure itself was so quick, I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Recovery is different for everyone, but by day two I had zero irritation and my distance vision was clearer than ever.
