This is applicable to patients who have received treatment at Lax Lab Med and require further treatment. For botox - MUST BOOK 14-20 days post original treatment date. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON GETTING ADDITIONAL TREATMENT (ex. only book if you require additional botox, want to have the remaining amount of purchased syringe injected). IF YOU WANT TO GO OVER YOUR RESULTS PLEASE BOOK A CONSULTATION that is subject to a 50$ consultation fee.
