“**UPDATE - I bought a second set of glasses from these guys and they truly outdid themselves. Wanted extremely specific frames, tortured these guys with questions about availability for the last year, they were always patient, friendly, and gave me good recommendations. Finally got my hands on the set I’ve been eying up and they all went above and beyond. Small issue with order - they took care of it without even blinking. Dead serious if you are in the market for sunglasses or regular glasses, you’re selling yourself short going somewhere else. Lens R Us will have my business exclusively. Cheers and thank you gentlemen. 🍻 Best place to get glasses, all the guys that work here are very knowledgeable, willing to put in the work, and have excellent customer service. “Nadeem was amazing! I got 2 pairs of glasses for myself and not only was he extremely patient, he was knowledgeable about all of the products I asked about and even gave recommendations/advice. After check out Nadeem even fit the glasses to my head and they genuinely feel custom made. “Can’t say enough good things about the Lens R Us. As soon as I entered the store I was given nothing but great service. Their selection was impressive and they carried many model other stores did not carry. I asked about some other models online and was offered by staff to have them ordered to the store. Nate was attentive, knowledgeable and put up with my constant questions. I noticed he greeted each customer as they entered the store even though he was helping me. He acknowledged each customer making sure they were looked after. I must have spent an hour and a half before I actually made my purchase. At no time was I rushed into making a purchase. “After discovering Lens R Us a few years ago, I refuse to go anywhere else. Although a bit of a drive from Burnaby, it is 100% worth it for my family and I. Exclusive frames, great prices, and excellent customer service. We usually deal with Nadeem, but all of the staff are very friendly. My 10-month old daughter scratched her eye on a weekend, and the owner made us an absolute priority to squeeze us in with the doctor to avoid a trip to the hospital. 5 stars absolutely!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The eye appointment went well. The optometrist that helped us was kind and informing. After finding out my daughter needed glasses we waited around out front in the store for someone to be free to help us as my daughter looked at the frame selection for some she'd like to try on. A guy came over when he was done helping another customer and I asked if he could check my daughter's pd as I was considering ordering glasses on line but wasn't sure yet. He checked it and then started walking away. . I then asked if my daughter could try on some frames that she liked . And he literally said . Sorry we're too busy. Come back some other time.... ( there weren't any other customers needing to be helped at this time)so just because I mentioned that I was considering ordering glasses online he immediately brushed us off and wouldn't serve us as customers. My daughter had her eye on some frames in the display and if she fell in love with them after trying them on I would have purchased right there and then.... such horrible customer service. “Cole was absolutely amazing in helping me pick out the coolest sunglasses - this man deserves a big raise!!! He had such a nice demeanour, was so attentive to my needs, an excellent communicator, went above and beyond, and gave such great feedback.
