“I recently purchased sunglasses at this location. The optician was very helpful and quickly helped me to find what I was looking for within my price range. Thank you. Today, I popped in to have the frames of my regular glasses adjusted as they got bent during some recent travel. Katherine Dietrich was so friendly and efficient. Great experience. “Really friendly and thorough service. I always seem to find the glasses I want at the Fairview mall LensCrafters. They have nice options and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are a bit higher priced than some other stores but I’ve had the lenses in my sunglass frames changed multiple times (as my prescription changes) and they are still going strong. You do get what you pay for and I’ve always gotten quality products there. We had a very pleasant experience here yesterday. Even more so than other times. Really quick and painless. They helped me choose both my prescription glasses and sunglasses, making sure everything fit perfectly and suited my style. A special thank you to Jody, who is truly an amazing optometrist. She was incredibly thorough during the eye exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. “Service was excellent found a good pair of glasses quickly. Glasses came 1 day early and were fitted in minutes. I specifically asked for no junk email they told me I wouldn't get any another lie changing my review because of this you companies need to learn to listen to your customers.
