If this is your first time at our office for chiropractic care, you MUST book a “New Practice Member Examination”.

All appointments are subject to a 12 hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide at least 12 hours notice of reschedule or cancellation will result in a late cancellation fee. Failure to complete intake forms prior to 12 hours before initial exam may also result in cancellation of your appointment with a cancellation fee.

We DO NOT Direct Bill to ICBC. You are welcome to come in as a client while under ICBC coverage, but you must submit for reimbursement yourself.
