“My partner and I moved to New Westminster last year and have been avoiding a new dentist since. I have been with my dentist for my entire life but moving away from their office made it difficult to continue going. We finally bit the bullet with Life Dental. First of all, all the women behind the front desk are kind, understanding, and provide exceptional customer service. They have a lot of patience and are willing to work with whatever you have. The hygienists, dentists, and dental assistants are very compassionate, professional, and can have a good laugh. I feel like I can trust them with my teeth and that they aren't trying to upsell me. “I am extremely frustrated with the experience my father and our family have had with your clinic. My father has been without proper teeth since December 10, 2025 and despite months of appointments and repeated visits, this issue remains unresolved. We have gone back and forth with your office for months expecting a solution, but instead we have experienced ongoing delays, poor communication, and dentures that did not even fit properly. As a result, my father has struggled to eat properly and has been negatively impacted for far too long. Because of the lack of resolution, we have now been forced to seek treatment from another dentist, which means additional expenses and even more time lost. After everything we have been through, this is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I came to request a refund, the receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and appeared to be laughing during the interaction. When I called again today to follow up on the refund, I explained that we urgently need the funds so my father can proceed with treatment elsewhere. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with sarcasm and the call was abruptly disconnected. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have worked in reception before, and I understand the importance of treating clients with professionalism and respect, especially when they are dealing with an ongoing issue. I am requesting that my father's refund be processed immediately. We cannot wait another week for Dr. Smith to return from vacation while my father continues to struggle. This is now my third request for a refund, and I expect this matter to be resolved today. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint regarding both the treatment my father has received and the conduct of your staff.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been going here for a couple years and it’s been my favourite dentist ever! Going to the dentist is not always the most comfortable thing and the staff here does everything to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. Everyone is always in a good mood and they’re always playing fabulous music! As someone with anxiety going into the dentist I would highly recommend them! I drive an hour to their location just because of how amazing their staff is! They also go out of their way to make sure your insurance is covering things before proceeding with treatment. “I had a really good experience! I had to remove three wisdom teeth and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I felt very comfortable and confident with both the doctor and the staff from the beginning. The removal was super fast, and since I chose to be sedated, I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I had no complications or inconveniences afterward either. Everyone was very kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I will definitely keep coming to this place from now on. “Earlier this year, I was dealing with tooth pain while my dentist was closed for the winter holidays. I reached out to Life Dental, and the welcoming front staff truly listened and showed genuine concern, quickly setting up a same-day appointment for me. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Smit's wife. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. By the end of my appointment, my tooth pain was completely gone. “Hello everyone, I recently had a toothache. I am an immigrant and did not yet know how things work in Canada. I needed urgent help. According to reviews on the internet, this was the closest and highest quality dental clinic. I was surprised that they accepted me without an appointment and, after processing my information very kindly, immediately provided consultation and quick treatment.
