To help us provide the best care and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that all patients adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Intake Form & Card on File:

All new patients are required to complete an intake form and have a valid credit card on file prior to their first appointment. This allows us to reserve your time and streamline your visit.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to another patient.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged an appointment fee .
