We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note : Our email is not monitored on weekends . If you have a Monday appointment, any cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted through your Jane account before the 24-hour cancellation deadline whenever possible. Emails received over the weekend may not be reviewed until the next business day and may be subject to our cancellation policy.
Missed appointments are charged the full appointment fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged 50% of the appointment fee.
To help provide a comfortable environment for all clients, Limestone Therapies is a scent-free clinic. Please refrain from wearing strongly scented products such as perfume, cologne, body sprays, lotions, or hairspray.
