“I purchased a used refrigerator from this seller (Bo Gregson) at this office, who insisted the unit was in fully working order. Upon getting it home, I discovered it would not cool below 58°F(14.4°C). I initially gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, suggesting the issue might have occurred during transit. However, a professional technician confirmed the failure was due to significant ice buildup over a long period—a pre-existing condition that could not have been caused by moving the unit over a period of 2 hours while the unit was unplugged. I also suggested that maybe he was not aware of this issue but he insisted that the fridge cools to below 40 °F prior to sale. Despite being presented with professional proof that the fridge was defective prior to sale, the seller declined my initial proposal to cover 50% of the diagnostic cost and then 100% repair cost if it is confirmed to be a pre-existing issue. Not to mention that I have spent many hours dealing with this issue. He refused to cover any portion of the diagnostic or repair costs. He used the excuse that I "inspected" it at pickup, though a temperature failure of this nature isn't visible to the naked eye during a hand-off. On Facebook, he assured me that the fridge is fully working. A fridge that cools to only 58°F(14.4°C) is NOT "fully working". Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity and accountability from this seller. The seller has sent me messages threatening a defamation lawsuit if I do not remove this review by a date. I clarify that this review is regarding a transaction to purchase a used refrigerator at this office from Bo Gregson. All my words are truthful to my best knowledge and supported by evidence (professional diagnostic and repair report, photos, messages on Facebook). “This clinic has such an incredible ambience to it. Right when you walk in, it’s very warm and inviting and then the clinic opens up into a giant open space with big bright windows allowing in so much natural light, which instantly boosts your mood, regardless of the reason you came in for. The clinic rooms are quite spacious and clean and feel cozy yet not cramped or stuffy. I’ve only been in 2 of the rooms for massage but they had the same feeling. The chiropractic room is also very spacious and bright and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting both chiropractors who are very friendly and informative in their work and treatments. I’ve heard great things about the two acupuncturists that work there, but I’ve yet to try it myself. I’ve done a couple of classes of yoga on Sundays with Sue and she’s fabulous!
