To ensure optimal care and ethical practice, I add a limited number of clients to my caseload at a time. As a result, consultation availability may include a short wait. If you are in urgent need and no consultation appointments appear available in the next week or two, please email me at info@luciaarreaga.com .
When you book an appointment, the time is reserved for you. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect for all consultations and session bookings.
For no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged. Consultation no-shows and late cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.

I am currently welcoming new clients to my practice.
Location
In person sessions are by appointment only at 107-1940 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver. When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and I will meet you there at your scheduled session time.
For virtual sessions, please check your email for a secure link for your online appointment.
For phone call sessions, I will call you on the phone number in your profile at your scheduled session time.
Fee Schedule & Cancellation Policy
I am Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC #22221). Many insurance plans cover my services; please consult your policy to confirm your individual coverage.
