Scent-Free Clinic : To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and practitioners with allergies and sensitivities, please avoid wearing scented products when visiting the clinic.

Victor Tran, RMT — direct billing is available for most insurance providers, except Medavie Blue Cross(Pending). Please contact us to confirm whether your insurer is eligible for direct billing.

Your credit card on file will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or a late cancellation.

A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with our cancellation policy. Failure to provide notice, or a no-show, will result in the full treatment fee being charged. However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, no charge will be made. We will make every effort to fill the spot in such cases.

We do not direct bill ICBC for massage therapy. However, we do offer direct billing to ICBC for acupuncture treatments.

We are NOT currently accepting WorksafeBC and MSP patient.

I have had a very good experience with Lisa Camargo. She is a kind, respectful, and very dedicated professional. During the acupuncture sessions I received, I always felt comfortable and well cared for. Her approach is careful and professional, and it is clear that she is committed to her patients’ well-being. I have been going to this clinic since it opened up and tried almost every RMT here. Mook the owner definitely knows how to hire amazing RMT's. Emily is sweet , Andy gives a strong massage, good outcome every time. Jeff is amazing and knowledgeable, Bipan is strong and knows what area always hurts, Valeria has strong hands and is so sweet, Darcy is one of my favs as he gets my stuck muscles and amazing rapport. Mook is dedicated to ensure you have a great massage every time. I tried Renee for acupuncture and it was so relaxing . I love the free tea and the relaxing vibe. Love Emily she’s a great RMT and we always have fun conversation!! We normally do regular massage but last week I tried her hot stone massage and it was amazing I’m definitely doing that again. Alina is the front desk staff and she’s funny and delightful. She’s very helpful and I couldn’t ask for a better friendly face to greet me at lucid!! Andy gave me the best massage I've ever had. If you like deep tissue massages, he really knows how to dig deep! Stoked I finally found a permanent massage therapist. Edit: I saw Darcy this time because Andy was booked up, and wow... This company seriously has the best massage therapists ever. I can't believe out of all the massage therapists I've been to in Canada and the USA, this little place in Greater Victoria has the two best therapists I've ever seen.
