“I booked a cut and colour once last week. Sat and waited 20 minutes before I was let in. She told me she forgot to book me and blamed it on the owner and rescheduled me. I called the owner (obviously) upset the next day while still remaining polite and allowing them to try and fix it. We rescheduled for today (a week later) with the owner. Showed up for my appointment and she remembered talking to me but never did book it and was unable to perform my service again. If I could leave negative stars I would. I am not a dramatic person but I’ve arranged a sitter and shown up not one but twice now to be turned away both times. Horrible customer service”Lire la suiteRéduire
