“Sabrina is a miracle worker! I’d had a pain in my knee for 6 months and I kept thinking it would go away but it didn’t. A friend raved about Sabrina and she was right on the money. Sabrina analyzed my gait, did a thorough assessment and did some treatment that had me feeling better immediately. I went home to do my exercises and within a day or two, felt so much better. “I've been going to see Sabrina for Tennis related injuries for 5+ years. Every time I have an issue, Sabrina seems to be able to pinpoint the issues immediately and work her physiotherapy magic. Not only is she able to fix the problem but she also provides great exercises and stretches so that I'm able to prevent future injuries. If I could give more that 5 stars I would. “This is one of my favourite places! I like it so much, I keep finding new things wrong with me so that I'll have an excuse to go and see Sabrina and Allison. Sabrina has created a welcoming and inclusive environment that I've never encountered anywhere else. Sabrina is an excellent physiotherapist. “After being misdiagnosed for 3 years with knee issues, Sabrina (physiotherapist) discovered tears in my back on my first visit with her! She has been helping maintain my back strength and tuning up my hip flexors to ensure the scar tissue is broken down. I always tell anyone who asks "it hurts so good". Sabrina's professionalism and immense knowledge of the human body astonishes me every appointment. She was even able to relieve pain from my bronchitis through cupping techniques. “Sabrina at Manual Works is a fantastic physiotherapist with a wealth of knowledge and experience! After being unsatisfied with physio elsewhere, I went to Sabrina for a second opinion on my sports-related, lower back injury. She was extremely thorough in assessing my injury, as she took time to listen and address all my concerns, then completed a range of tests to identify the problem. With her treatment, she was able to release a lot of tension in my lower back, and more importantly, reduce pain! She also gave additional stretches and strengthening exercises that help with pain and prevent further injury. “Sabrina has been my physiotherapist for many years, treating two separate shoulder injuries. Her skills are exemplary. She always listens attentively and alters treatment plans when required. Sabrina spends quality one on one time with all of her clients. You get a solid 20 minutes of manual physiotherapy with every treatment, followed by supervised exercises. “Competing as a professional golfer, my body (especially my back) goes through a lot and I need to stay healthy. No comparison, Sabrina is hands down the most dedicated and efficient. I have literally been barely able to walk into her clinic with herniated disc issues and within days the pain is gone and I can walk again. Within weeks I can get back to playing competitive golf.
