A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than a 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (100% of the cost of the treatment booked). You will be provided with an RMT receipt that will show that you did not receive massage therapy services and paid for the no show fees.)
