“On July 30th I mixed up my appointment time and unfortunately did not make it to the location on time to enjoy the full 60 minute session. I asked about any possibility of still getting the full 1 hour session if I came immediately, rescheduling to later in the day, or even any future date. But the receptionist said that this wasn’t possible and they’d be charging the full $120 to my insurance for the session. This would be the last of my annual massage allowance offered by my health benefits While I understand that it’s fully within their policy and right to do so, this store seems to forget that beyond policy, business sense is equally important. I’ve been a loyal client for nearly three years, booking sessions with Rachael, Matthew, and another female RMT whose name I can no longer recall. I’ve recommended them to numerous co-workers who have also booked sessions here. This was the one and only time I’ve ever been late. They had zero willingness to forgive a one time mistake by a customer who has otherwise always consistently supported them. So going forward I will not be returning nor recommending Quance Massage Addicts to others like I have in the past. Customer goodwill means nothing to these people. I’d advise going elsewhere. The message seemed clear: They don’t need my business. My message? They don’t need yours either. Perhaps this lack of business sense has also been felt by the staff; turnover is high here, hence why I’ve seen several different RMTs. Also. “Bcz I was late 10-15 mint and most of the time she spent time on the setup and didn't give me full time she should be completed 1hr but she didn't ! so I'm very disappointed from your service. Even you charged full payment and service was poor!”

“Rachael did a good job listening to what my issues were and managed to address all of them within the time frame of our session. “Unfortunately, my experience was not acceptable. The appointment was booked and paid for as a massage therapy session intended for physical treatment and relaxation. However, a substantial portion of the session was spent talking about muscles, bones, and joints rather than providing hands-on massage. I did not attend this appointment for education or discussion. If that had been my intention, I would have booked a consultation with a different type of practitioner. I was there for a full hour, yet the amount of actual massage provided was minimal, and the environment did not allow for relaxation at any point during the session. A massage therapy appointment should promote relief, calm, and relaxation. Instead, the constant conversation prevented any sense of mental or physical relaxation, which is a core expectation of this service. In addition, the front desk interaction was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Any internal dissatisfaction or workplace issues should be addressed internally and should not affect the client experience. Overall, I left feeling that my time, money, and expectations were not respected. This experience fell well below the standard one should reasonably expect from a professional massage therapy clinic.”Lire la suiteRéduire
