I just had a session with Alistair at Matoo Hands, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. From the moment the appointment started, it was clear that he is an absolute professional who genuinely understands body mechanics and tension relief. Alistair has an incredible technique—he managed to find every knot I didn’t even know I had and worked through them with the perfect amount of pressure. I walked in feeling incredibly tight and stressed, but I left feeling lighter and completely rejuvenated.
