“I had SUCH a great experience with McCallum dental! Dr. Neha Singla and her team are so welcoming and kind. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment on a Saturday. I am anxious with dental procedures, but Dr.Singla was so knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease, I didn’t even feel the injection! I’m so truly grateful to have found McCallum. “We had a wonderful experience at Mccallum Dental when my 19-month-old daughter needed a filling. As a parent, I was naturally nervous, but the Dr. was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and treated her with such care and gentleness. Her calm and reassuring approach helped ease both my daughter's and my own anxiety. The procedure went smoothly, and I truly appreciated how she explained everything and answered all of our questions. “Having had too many negative experiences in the dentists chair both from too much pain and insensitive treatment, I've come to be a nervous patient. I'm so glad to have found Dr Neha Singla and her hygienist Ranelle. They take the time to explain your treatment plan and offer the best for your needs in consideration of your health and budget.They are gentle and understanding for your comfort and are genuinely kind. “McCallum Dental HAD BEEN WONDERFUL, then then highly educated dentists left and a 'new' geriatric woman with virtually no experience took over the practice... her best skill is cleaning teeth. Her most common skill, looking at a serious problem and then referring the patient to see a skilled dental professional. She usually picks the wrong professional to refer but the professionals usually know the person the patient needs to see. The dentist before her is the one I really need. Damn genius he is :) I can not find another like him. I can not remember his name tho!! :( If anyone out there can tell me who worked there in 2024-25, I beg of you to to share this with me?!? The current dentist refuses to allow people to be informed of his name!! Grrrrr ....... I see their receptionist takes offense to me stating facts about the current dentist's low level of skills. I had spoken to you prior to the appointment to ensure the new dentist could preform the procedure i needed - i had assumed this 'new' dentist was likely a recently schooled person who may not have had any time working as a dentist yet, this my inquiries. You checked with the dentist after putting my call on hold and then returned with the answer that "She said she is confident she can perform the work for need" and then madd the appointment for me to come to see her!! I come in and once she eventually decides to see me, apparently appointment times don't mean much to her, she let's me know within 2 minutes that she does NOT do such procedures as she was not trained to do them. She should try school again tho as it turns out she isn't a newly graduated dentist and skills taught this century are more complex then those taught when she was trained, LOL.”Lire la suiteRéduire
