If this is your first visit to the clinic, please remember to book an INITIAL appointment, as this will ensure enough time for your session to determine the best course of treatment for you. Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled due to lack of time in our schedule if booked incorrectly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee.

We are able to direct bill most private third party insurance plans, WorkSafe BC and ICBC. If you have extended health insurance, please bring your policy details to your first appointment.
