“I had serious reservations getting adjustments made despite having consistent back pain. I can proudly say that Dr. Jo has completely changed my perception of chiropractic and massage therapy. I have been going for a few weeks now and have already noticed some significant changes. Each time I go in she asks if I have done my stretches while at home. This may seem like a compulsory job requirement but I feel it actually separates her from the rest- and it actually helped me to remember to stretch daily. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best care and results while pushing you to integrate the therapy into your lifestyle.
