When an appointment is cancelled late or missed, it means we’re unable to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full appointment fee.

Rate INCREASE – Effective January 1, 2026
