Had a series of fantastic massages from Krysten to treat back and shoulder tension and following that, to treat a hip flexor injury. I felt such a release of tension and was so impressed with Krysten’s style of massage therapy plus her wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone !!!!! In August I met Britt, I was about to have a burnt out so I decided to look for alternatives so then I found her I did 1 acupuncture session every week in that month and been doing once month since then. I have worked with Britt for a number of years (on the recommendation of a friend). Initially I came to her with issues related to women's health. She had a wealth of knowledge and some great techniques which helped me during this challenging time. She was also able to help me work through some arthritis issues. I have had the pleasure of seeing Britt for about 5 years now. Brit has always been genuine and caring towards any physical issues I've ever had. I have found the mix of RMT and Acupuncture have a much better and quicker healing time, than those two separately. The knowledge she possesses, truly translates in the work she does, delivering results like no other. A session where she can work head to toe, applying different practices, targets several aches and pains at once. Even when I've had mental health needs, these sessions have helped from within.
