“Looking for a unique date day idea? My husband is becoming a health nut so I booked the hydrotherapy room for us to experience together. I highly recommend trying it either as a solo or couple experience. The hydrotherapy room includes a sauna, tub (for warm or cold plunge) and full, private bathroom. The space is clean, beautiful, smells amazing and includes amenities like a robes, towels, water cooler, and bluetooth speaker. Bonus: There’s a possibility that your insurance company will cover the hydrotherapy session if combined with an RMT massage - as long as the hydrotherapy and massage sessions are booked for the same duration ( I.e., 45 min massage and 45 minute hydrotherapy etc). Can’t rave enough about the space, experience and lovely team that welcomed us. I can’t imagine anyone regretting this experience.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Amy is an exceptional massage therapist, and I would drive any distance to be treated by her!
I’ve been seeing her for several years and for various issues and not once did she miss the target.
She’s so trustworthy, attentive, and adaptable. She has a tremendous capacity to make you feel comfortable and of course, to cure or release pain.
Recently, she’s accurately assessed and treated an injury in the zone of my ankle other professionals could not point to without the help of an ultrasound. Before we could see the beautiful medical imaging results, I had already regained flexibility in my whole foot mobility thanks to her!
She also introduced me to craniosacral therapy, and I’ve felt stronger signals my body was trying to send me as a result. This has actually empowered me to take better care of myself.
I’m also truly impressed by how Meristem Massage Therapy is evolving with its new sauna and hydrotherapy services. I’ve tested them, I fully approve and will book often!

“Amy is a fabulous RMT who truly listens and responds to problems and has helped tremendously with my pain management. She adapts to your needs and has excellent techniques. “Amy has been my massage therapist for several years. Her friendly and professional manner alongside her skills allow her to be highly effective. I simply could not function to a high degree without her assistance.

“Amy is the most professional and effective massage therapist I’ve ever had. And bonus is the sauna and soaking tub. I love to sauna and soak to really relax and reset my body. Her sauna room is welcoming and has all the amenities: beautiful cedar sauna, deep soaking tub, shower and private bathroom.
