Cancellation and No Show Policy: Physiotherapy is 24 hours // Pelvic Floor, Pilates, Vestibular/Concussion and Massage is 48 hours. You will be subject to the full fee if not given the required notice.

- 6:00am Patients Please Note: The building doors do not open until exactly 6:00am on the ground level! This means you cannot come early to your appointment. Our reception desk does not start until after 6:30am, you are welcome to leave a message while we are away from the desk.

- If you have not been to our clinic in 2+ months please make sure to book an “ Initial Assessment ” appointment.
